Des associations (Act Up, le SNEG (Syndicat National des Entreprises Gaies) et SOS Homophobie montent au créneau et portent plainte contre C. Vanneste pour "injures en raison de l’orientation sexuelle".
Le 24 janvier 2006, il est reconnu coupable par le Tribunal Correctionnel de Lille «d’injures en raison de l’orientation sexuelle» (selon la loi du 30 décembre 2004) et est condamné à verser 3 000 euros d’amende ainsi que 2 000 euros de dommages et intérêts à chacune des trois associations plaignantes,jimmy choo soldes, qui recevront également 1 000 euros au titre des frais d’avocats. L’ouvrage est constitué d’un patchwork de textes «contre la propagande pour le mariage et l’adoption homosexuels». Ce livre, outre la question de l’homophobie, promeut également les thèses créationnistes.
Le mercredi 12 novembre 2008 (hier), la Cour de cassation rend son verdict et blanchi le député. Elle déclare que ses propos sur l’infériorité de l’homosexualité à l’hétérosexualité ne dépassent pas les limites de la liberté d’expression!
Ainsi, il y a maintenant jurisprudence. Doublement du nombre de chmeurs depuis juillet 200

Résultat, il est très difficile de percevoir une tendance sur la fin de l’année si ce n’est que le niveau de chômage demeure élevé avec toujours, et quelle que soit la base de calcul, entre 5 et 6% de la profession sans emploi.

Pour Steve Ballmer, Pdg de Microsoft, l’idée est simple : «permettre à notre clients de profiter de la même infrastructure [que nous], conçue à partir de tout ce que nous avons appris avec Windows Azure et SQL Azure.» Bob Muglia, président Server and Tools de Microsoft, précise le besoin : «comment [permettre à un client de] faire fonctionner Azure dans son centre de calcul ?» Et la réponse de tomber : en enfermant un petit bout d’Azure dans une boîte, une appliance. L’idée est donc simple : proposer une version d’Azure en Cloud privé. Interrogé sur le sujet, Bob Muglia explique que Microsoft entend «prévalider et tester le matériel», sur ses propres infrastructures, et qu’il prévoit de «donner accès aux spécifications [de l’appliance] aux constructeurs tiers et aux clients qui le souhaiteraient, pour validation.» Mais aucun calendrier d’extension de la disponibilité de cette appliance n’est avancé. Pas plus, d’ailleurs, que la moindre indication sur le modèle commercial et tarifaire retenu. Sollicité sur ce point, Bob Muglia n’exclut pas un modèle à l’abonnement ou en location, qui serait «pertinent». Et de préciser néanmoins que rien,air max 90, sur cette question, n’a encore été arrêté. On sait juste que le premier client de l'offre privée Azure n'est autre que le géant du commerce en ligne américain eBay.

Le plus grand bateau solaire prêt à faire le tour du monde AgoraVox le média citoyen
Nous avions déjà consacré un post à ce bateau en novembre 2008. Aujourd’hui son inauguration et sa très prochaine mise à l’eau nous font toucher du doigt une autre réalité plus concrète. Le plus grand navire à énergie solaire du monde, a été inauguré à Kiel, dans le nord de l’Allemagne.
"C’est un sentiment unique de voir aujourd’hui un bateau dont j’ai tant rêvé", a déclaré le Suisse Raphaël Domjan,lacoste chaussure, à l’origine du projet et futur capitaine du catamaran. "Nous nous voulons le Phileas Fogg du 21ème siècle," a-t-il ajouté faisant allusion à un personnage du roman "Le tour du monde en 80 jours" de l’écrivain Jules Verne, dont l’arrière petit-fils,tn requin pas cher, Jean Verne, participait jeudi, sous la pluie, à l’inauguration.
Long de 30 mètres et large de 16 mètres, le bateau de 60 tonnes est équipé de plus de 500 m2 de panneaux solaires photovoltaïques, et sera "propre et silencieux", selon PlanetSolar, nom à la fois de la compagnie et du bâtiment. Le multicoque, d’un coût de 18 millions d’euros, pourra atteindre une vitesse maximale de 15 noeuds (25 km/heure) et accueillir jusqu’à 50 personnes.
Le PlanetSolar sera mis à l’eau à la fin mars pour faire ses premiers tests avant d’être la vedette aux cérémonies en mai du 821e anniversaire du port de Hambourg, second port d’Europe après Rotterdam (Pays-Bas). Pour son tour du monde, il sera piloté par Raphaël Domjan,rolex submariner prix, 38 ans, et par le navigateur français Gérard d’Aboville, 64 ans, qui a réalisé les traversées de l’Atlantique et du Pacifique à la rame. Les deux navigateurs comptent rester le plus près possible de l’Equateur pour bénéficier d’un ensoleillement maximal.
Le périple de quelque 40.000 kilomètres est prévu pour durer environ 140 jours, à condition que le bateau puisse maintenir une vitesse moyenne de 8 noeuds, "une vitesse considérable pour un bateau fonctionnant à l’énergie solaire",tn air, selon PlanetSolar. "L’objectif de ce projet c’est vraiment de démontrer qu’aujourd’hui nous avons la technologie. "Enfin, GFI se désengage de ce foyer de perte, même si la SSII a du recapitaliser la structure avant de la céder", commente Brice Thébaud, analyste chez Aurel BGC spécialiste du marché des logiciels et services.
Retraité des activités cédées, le chiffre d'affaires de la SSII française tombe en 2009 à 663,6 M€. Dans un contexte économique qui reste difficile,tn 2010, le groupe poursuivra l’application de son plan en vue d’améliorer ses marges et de jouer un rôle actif dans la consolidation de son marché".
